We hold to the King James (KJV) Bible as our final authority for all matters concerning faith, doctrine, and practice. We do not hold to creeds or confessions, or the writings of the church fathers or any human author. The Bible is our final authority. It is completely relevant and powerful in our lives today; therefore, we hold it in the highest esteem in our church.
Our Focus
Teaching the Bible is the central focus at Woodville Baptist. From the individual classes to the worship services, the Bible is made clear and understandable to all ages. We want people to see our loving God and Savior, to know him and to grow in His life, to find God’s will for their life and give people a purpose to live.
Our People
There are no perfect people here; but it is our desire to draw close to the Lord Jesus Christ, the One who is perfect. As we all draw closer to Him, we all draw closer to one another. We are a close-knit family who cares for one another.
